Fulfillment & Processing Time

Wholesale orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. Larger orders or items requiring restocking may require additional processing time. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped using reliable carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on the destination and service availability.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number. The tracking number can be used to monitor the shipment through the carrier’s website.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the order total.

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to update the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes can only be made before the order has been processed and dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping details.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of order. Beatti is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment arrives damaged or is missing, please notify us within 5 business days of the delivery date. We may request photos of the damage to assist with filing a carrier claim. Beatti will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
