For eligibility for a return or refund, kindly ensure that the item remains unworn, unaltered, and undamaged, with its original packaging intact. To ensure a seamless returns and refunds process, we have established the following policy:

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept all returns/exchanges within 14 days of delivery as long as all items are unworn and the packaging is intact.
Customers can only submit ONE request for each order and the refunds can only be issued via store credit.

The following items do not qualify for returns/exchanges

  • Changed of mind
  • Pierced earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale and Final sale items.
  • Lost items
  • Tarnished products due to improper care.

We highly recommend customers to thoroughly read product descriptions before making a purchase. As individual sensitivities vary, we cannot be held responsible for any allergies or irritations that may occur as a result of wearing our jewelry.

What is the return and refund process?

Initiating a return request is simple. Kindly send us an email at customercare@beatti.com, providing the order number, item image and the reason for the return. Our dedicated team will promptly process your request within 24 hours.

Does it cost for a return shipping?

You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For items valued at over 60 USD, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure a secure return transit. Although we strive to provide a smooth process, we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item in case of loss during transit.

How much is the return shipping fee?

Please note that the cost of the return parcel will be borne by you except for the defective issues. We recommend shipping the parcel with the most cost-effective shipping method that is available, which includes tracking. Shipping charges may vary depending on the location.

  • Canada Domestic Orders
    We cover return shipping fee for the 1st return request of each order. We'll be mailing you a prepaid shipping label after we receive your information.
  • US Orders
    Unfortunately, we can not offer a USPS return label as all the orders is shipped through our forwarding company in NY. Please send the item back to us tracked packet of your choice and keep the tracking number for your records.
  • International Orders
    Unfortunately, we can not offer a USPS return label as all the orders is shipped through our forwarding company in NY. Please send the item back to us tracked packet of your choice and keep the tracking number for your records.

What is the processing time?

At our design studio in Toronto, we strive to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. If there's any delay for any reason, we'll promptly notify you via email. Please remember, during peak periods like public holidays, promotional events, Black Friday, and Christmas, delivery might take slightly longer than the usual time frames.

What is the timeframe for a return or refund request?

To prioritize your satisfaction, we have streamlined the return process for your convenience. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have the flexibility to return or exchange the unused item in its original condition within 14 days from the delivery date. We kindly request that you contact us promptly to initiate the process.

Can I return final sale items?

All items marked final sale cannot be returned for a refund, or exchanged for a different size, color, or style. We unfortunately cannot make any exceptions for sizing or fit issues. If you have any questions or concerns prior to making your purchase, please reach out to us.

What is the exchange process?

While we genuinely appreciate your interest in exchanges, we currently do not offer direct exchanges. To initiate an exchange, kindly follow our standard returns policy and proceed to place a new order for the desired item. Rest assured, you will be refunded for the original item as per our standard returns policy. Please send us your exchange request through email at customercare@beatti.com.

When will I receive my refund?

We will notify you once we process your return. Refunds or exchange to be processed are processedwithin 7 business days after receipt.Please note that refunds can only be issued via store credit. Original shipping cost are non-refundable.

What should I do if I receive a wrong product?

We are terribly sorry if you've received a product different from what you've ordered. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will be sure to get you the correct item you ordered instead.
