To ensure a fair and consistent process, please review our refund and return policy outlined below.

Order Inspection (Within 7 Days)

All orders should be inspected upon arrival. Any discrepancies with the order must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

After this period, Beatti may not be able to accommodate claims related to order discrepancies.

Manufacturing Defect Warranty

Beatti stands behind the quality of our jewelry and provides a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

This warranty applies to issues related to structural integrity or production-related quality defects.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper handling or storage, accidental damage, or items that have already been sold to a retail customer.

All claims are reviewed by our team, and Beatti reserves the right to determine whether an issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect. Approved claims may be resolved through replacement, store credit, or refund.

Claims Process

To submit a claim, please email customercare@beatti.com and include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
• A photo of the packing slip

Providing complete information helps our team review and resolve the issue more efficiently.

Wholesale Terms

All B2B sales are final. Returns are not accepted for change of mind or unsold inventory.

For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been worn, installed, altered, or sterilized cannot be returned.

Unless the issue is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returned items should be sent using a trackable shipping method. Beatti is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
